For customers who need it, the computer system disk needs to be backed up, and the backup files should be copied to other computers for storage. Prevent the computer from starting normally after the festival.

Use non-woven fabric and water to clean the blue rubber roller and drum surface inside the CTP, clean the black edge detection strip, and clean the dust inside and outside the equipment. Refer to the daily maintenance of the equipment for specific operation.

Turn off the red main power switch of the CTP equipment, including the air switch in the wall power box and the UPS power switch.

Take anti rat measures. Cut the waste plate to a strip about 25cm wide, and stick the gap between the bottom plate around the CTP and the ground with the cut waste plate, which can effectively prevent small animals from drilling into the equipment.

Turn off the compressed air of the CTP equipment, turn off the main power supply of the air compressor and the air dryer, and drain the air and water inside the air compressor and the air dryer.

Drain the internal liquid medicine of the plate printing machine. For the circulating water equipment, it is necessary to drain the water for washing. Put all rubber rollers and brushes into the external water tank for thorough cleaning. Add the cleaning agent of the plate printing machine or oxalic acid for an appropriate time. Clean the chemical water tank of the printing machine, clean the clean water tank, use the warm water circulating gluing circulating system to make it clean, clean the chemical water circulating filtering system, and discard the dirty filter element. Drain the purified water of the cooling circulating system to prevent the pipeline from freezing crack caused by low room temperature during holidays (normally, the purified water of the cooling circulating system needs to be replaced every 3-6 months). Wipe the interior of the printer and all rubber rollers and brushes, and cover the surface of the equipment.

Cover the external surface of the equipment with plate backing paper to prevent dust from entering.

Turn on the indoor air conditioner 2 hours in advance to control the temperature at 22+/- 2 degrees and the humidity at 55%+/- 5.

Open the air compressor, air receiver and cold dryer equipment, pull out the main compressed air pipe at the bottom of the CTP equipment and check the compressed air quality. The method is as follows: Lay a sheet of plate backing paper on the ground, turn on the compressed air, and let the air pipe end blow air against the center of the backing paper for 1 minute. Check whether the backing paper has traces of water and oil. Normal and good quality compressed air should have no traces of water and oil. For the poor quality of compressed air, the filter element at the inlet and outlet of the cold dryer can be replaced (the normal replacement cycle is 6 months to 12 months), the water and oil impurities generated during the operation of the air compressor and the cold dryer should be discharged every day, and the automatic drain valve and pipeline should be checked for blockage.

Open CTP surface inspection. After it is normal, turn on the UPS, computer and CTP device, and wait for CTP to complete initialization and be ready.

UPS in the market generally has two switches, one is on the back of the machine and the other is on the front panel of the machine. Push the power switch at the back first, and then press the function switch at the front. Under normal circumstances, when both switches are turned on, the two display lights on the UPS display panel are in a straight line, indicating that the UPS has been started normally, and the power failure protection and voltage stabilization functions have been provided.

Observe whether it is necessary to replace the purified water in the cooling system of the plate printer. Check the printing machine. First, fill the tap water into the liquid medicine tank, turn on the power supply of the printing machine and run the equipment, and check whether all rubber rollers and brushes can work normally without jamming or stagnation. Check whether the developer circulation system is normal. When everything is normal, remove the water, fill the developer, and wait for the developer temperature to rise to normal before working.

After finishing the above preparations, you can work and publish normally.
