I1iSis 2 XL complies with the new ISO standard for measuring lighting conditions of the M series, including:

M0 (without filter), used when the substrate and imaging colorant do not emit fluorescence.

M1, for effective measurement of substrate using fluorescent whitening agent (OBA).

M2, used when the fluorescence effect of measurement data needs to be eliminated.
